Comfortable Stay with a View

Waking up to the stunning views of the Rock of Gibraltar was breathtaking. The staff were incredibly warm and made my stay feel special. The breakfast had plenty of options, including fresh juice and a variety of dishes.

The parking fees were a bit steep for the location. I faced some minor WiFi issues which could be frustrating, and a few more vegetarian options on the dinner menu would have been appreciated.

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect for quick trips to Gibraltar, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We explored the San Roque Club and Valderrama Golf Club, both awesome for activities. Parking is available nearby, and if you arrive on weekends, street parking is free from 2 PM Saturday to 9 AM Monday. Definitely recommend it!

Had some frustration with slow check-in, as it took a bit longer than expected with so many people checking in at once.

My family and I stayed for 4 nights mainly to explore the local attractions like the Moorish Castle and the Grand Casemates Square, which were conveniently nearby. The breakfast on weekends was enjoyable, providing a good selection, and the room was equipped with a kettle for tea. we faced issues with the lifts taking too long and the air-conditioning limited to just 20°C. the experience was adequate, but improvements could be made in certain areas.

It was a prime choice for a concise stay in La Linea de la Concepcion with exceptional value. The balcony offered a great view of the Rock which was a nice surprise. Ask for a room away from the music if you want silence at night.

The hotel offered excellent access to Gibraltar and nearby marinas, making our exploration effortless. Our room was cozy and spacious, allowing us to relax after a day out. The storage for luggage post-checkout was a huge plus, letting us enjoy our last day hassle-free.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself needed a serious facelift. the decor was completely outdated and basic. There were several maintenance issues, such as cracked tiles in the bathroom and damaged bed frames that made the stay less comfortable. The dining area felt overly clinical and too bright, resembling a hospital canteen rather than a welcoming space for meals. Breakfast was buffet style, but disappointingly, many hot items were served cold. The noise levels during certain hours were also distracting, likely due to nearby entertainment areas and traffic. while the potential for a great stay was there, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired.

Great views from the balcony and 24-hour reception was super helpful! Wi-Fi was unreliable.
